2019-2020 OHL Season Update FAQ

The Erie Otters and Erie Events are committed to the health and safety of our fans, guests, players and staff. Below you will find some of the frequently asked questions we’ve received to help guide everyone through this process.

I had season tickets for the 2019-2020 season. What are my options?

As a result of our final two (2) home games being cancelled we have generated a ticket credit for the games not played. Your credit amount is a result of the tickets and parking for your tickets for those two (2) games.

I have Erie Otters single game tickets for a game that is canceled. What should I do?

Fans who purchased single game tickets to one of our final two regular season games online or at the Erie Insurance Arena Box Office with a credit card, a refund process will be automatically initiated Wednesday, March 18th. For those who paid cash at the Erie Insurance Arena Box Office, refunds are available by coming in person to the box office during box office hours. Currently Erie Events and their buildings, including the Erie Insurance Arena, are in “hibernation” with no time frame of a reopening date. We recommend calling ahead of a trip to the Erie Insurance Arena Box Office to learn of their reopening in the future to obtain a cash refund for Otters tickets: (814) 452-4857

I am a season ticket holder with extra tickets I wished to exchange for a game later in the season. Am I eligible to redeem those tickets?

Our ticket exchange policy is an additional benefit for our season ticket holders during the current season and does not apply to the refund/credit policy.

How does this affect the season ticket member pay as we play deadline and 30 days, 30 prizes promotion?

The deadline for pay as we play will be put on hold and a later date will be announced. The 30 days, 30 prizes promotion will be put on hold until further notice.

How does this affect my season ticket renewal for the 2020-21 season?

Renewal payment plans has now been extended through October 1st, 2020. The automatic payment plan restarted on May 1st, 2020. If you have any additional questions regarding your season tickets please contact your account representative.

I signed up for season tickets for the 2020-21 season. Now what?

Does this affect other Otters events?

Effective immediately, all Erie Otters events will be paused until play resumes for the OHL season. This includes public appearances, billet family events, and autograph signings, among others. Information on new dates and times will be communicated when determined.

Can I speak with someone at the Otters front office?

The Otters ticket office will be closed to the general public until further notice. Also, the Erie Otters Front Office is implementing a work from home policy effective immediately.
