WINDSOR, ON – The Erie Otters headed to Windsor Thursday night where they took on the Spitfires for the second time this season. Danial Singer followed this up with two goals, just 15 seconds apart, to put the Otters ahead 4-2. Windsor continued to fight with a quick goal from Lev Starikov to cut the lead to one. Minutes later, Tyler Angle evened the game up with a goal on 4-on-3 powerplay that sent the teams into the dressing rooms even at four.
In the third, Elias Cohen found the back of the net for the first time of his OHL career to put Erie back ahead 5-4. With under two to play, Max Golod scored for the second time and Kyle Maksimovich delivered an empty net tally for a 7-4 win in Windsor.
