SARNIA, ON – The Erie Otters took to the ice on the road for the second straight night in Sarnia on Friday after winning in Windsor the night before. The Sting struck early and often with three unanswered goals from Jacob Perrault, Jamieson Rees, and Calvin Martin. Elias Cohen quickly answered for Erie with his second career goal to cut the lead to two, but Hugo Leufvenius scored for the Sting once again to end the period with a score of 4-1.

The second period opened with a pair of goals, with Gera Poddubnyi scoring for Erie and Jacob Perrault netting his second for Sarnia. Just minutes later, Brayden Guy notched another one for Sarnia to make it a four goal game.

In the third, Sarnia scored three quick goals coming from Alexandre Hogue and Curtis Egert(2). The Otters answered with a pair of goals from Sproule and Maksimovich, but were silenced by Curtis Egert for his third time of the evening to make a final score of 10-4.

Erie will head to London where they will take on the Knights on Sunday at 2:00PM.
