SATURDAY’S HOME GAME POSTPONED DUE TO COVID ISSUES AFFECTING OPPONENT

Erie, Pennsylvania – Due to positive COVID-19 cases from the Kitchener Rangers, the Ontario Hockey League has announced the following Erie Otters Regular Season game has been postponed:

  • Saturday, January 15 – Kitchener Rangers at Erie Otters

Tonight’s game against Flint, and Monday, January 17’s game against Saginaw will both be played as scheduled. A new game date will be announced soon for Hockey Fights Cancer Night presented by UPMC.

The Ontario Hockey League had previously incorporated specific COVID-19 protocols including mandatory vaccination for all members of the OHL Community including players, staff, officials, and billets. The League and team will provide an update regarding future games along with the rescheduling of above matchup as information becomes available.

Fans who purchased tickets to Saturday, January 15 or any previously postponed home game, may exchange them for any remaining Otters home game during the 2021-22 season.
