Warm-Up Jersey Auction Raises Nearly $5,000.00 for Highmark Caring Place

The Erie Otters, in partnership with Lollie & Co., made a donation of nearly $5,000.00 to Erie’s Highmark Caring Place following a successful online jersey auction earlier in July. The game used warm-up jerseys were sponsored by Sara Kim, owner of the women’s clothing boutique Lollie, and worn by the team throughout the 2019-20 season. The Erie Otters held a week long online jersey auction at the beginning of July that saw every player’s jersey sold to raise $4,814.83 for charity. As the team’s sponsor, Lollie & Co. chose to donate the funds to Highmark Caring Place, a center for grieving children, adolescents and their families that provides a safe place where grieving children and families can come together and be with others who understand what they’re going through.
